Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Fee Payment
    • Admission to a programme is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable programme fee (or the first approved instalment, where applicable).
    • The seat is reserved only after successful payment and submission of all required documents.
    • Fees paid are non-transferable to another individual.
  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Programme fees paid to GIFT ifi are generally non-refundable.

    No refund shall be provided in the following circumstances:

    • The learner decides not to join the programme after making the payment.
    • The learner withdraws from the programme after commencement of classes.
    • The learner is unable to attend classes due to personal, professional, medical, travel, or any other reasons.
    • The learner is unable to complete the programme.
    • The learner is removed from the programme due to violation of the Code of Conduct or Institute policies.
  3. Programme Changes

    GIFT ifi reserves the right to revise the programme schedule, faculty, curriculum, delivery mode, or class timings whenever necessary to ensure the quality and continuity of the programme. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

  4. Exceptional Cases

    Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances may be considered solely at the discretion of GIFT ifi. The decision of the Institute shall be final and binding.

  5. Refund by GIFT ifi

    A full refund of the programme fee shall be provided only if:

    • GIFT ifi cancels the programme and is unable to offer an alternative batch or suitable deferment option.
    • A duplicate or excess payment has been made by the learner.
  6. Acceptance of Policy

    By submitting the application and making the programme fee payment, the learner confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Fee Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
