It is intentionally designed for mixed cohorts: undergraduate students can use it to prepare for internships and entry-level roles, while working professionals can use it to assess their current trajectory, reposition themselves, and build long-term career optionality.

Rather than focusing narrowly on resume writing or placement preparation, the course frames a career as a dynamic portfolio of capabilities, relationships, signals, experiences, and strategic choices. Learners leave with a complete career blueprint, a market-facing profile, a job-search toolkit, and a framework for navigating future career shifts in a world shaped by artificial intelligence, automation, globalization, and non-linear work paths.
